For any other destination, please send me your order by email to atc@mertenstape.be, I will then send you a price offer for the transport.

Furthermore, you can always pick up your orders at the events where I am present or pick up your order on site (Dion-Valmont, Belgium) during our opening hours or send your private carrier.

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with European Directive 2023/2673.

The goods must be returned to us at your expense, in their original, unopened packaging. Any signs of use or broken seals will result in a depreciation of the item's value. Returned items will be credited with a voucher, not a refund.

Before returning any goods, please contact us so that we can provide you with a return authorization.
